Rates include:

• Kitchenette with: sink, two hotplates, microwave oven, fridge, cutlery and equipment; 
• electricity and water consumptions and heating system; ;
• bed linen (two changes per week), kitchen cloths (tablecloth and dishcloths) and bathroom linen (three changes per week); ;
• flat daily cleanness (excluded cutlery, dishes and kitchen cupboard); ;
• free Wi-fi ;
• you can use sunbeds, garden tables and chairs, playground and barbecue; ;
• you can use the outside private car parking or the inside guarded garage; ;
• final flat cleaning except kitchenette (€ 40,00). ;

You’ll also have the possibility to:

• dogs and cats: 35.00 € per week 5.00 € per night;
• additional bed: 140.00 € per week 20.00 €  per night;
• camp bed: 56.00 € per week 8.00 € per night;
• breakfast 7.00 € (with coffee, cappuccino, milk, tea, juice, jam, honey, chocolate cream, brioches, bread,yogurt and cereals) ;
• breakfast Saveurs du Val d'Aoste 12.00 € (with coffee, cappuccino, milk, tea, juice, jam, honey, chocolate cream, brioches, yogurt,
  cereals, Aosta valley bread and charcuteries);
• breakfast served in the room +20%;
• two roomed flat elegant +20%;
• Agree on the price for a two weeks €  stay or more with the head office ;
• have breakfast;
• have an additional bed;
• have a camp bed for children;
• take with you the cat or the dog paying only a small surplus for cleaning;
• use our phone and fax a pay.

• 10% whole amount before the periods describe in the follow points
• 20% whole amount from the 30th day to the 15th day before the holiday starts
• 30% whole amount from the 14th day to the 9th day before the holiday starts
• 50% whole amount from the 8th day to the 3rd day before the holiday starts
• 100% whole amount after the 3rd day before the holiday starts

• with credit card: it will be necessary to give the number and deadline of credit card when you book the holiday

• with bank transfer: you can receive the account particulars through email if you request it
