The rates include:

  • Use of equipments and accessories.
  • Use of water and light.
  • Daily clean-up of apartment.
  • Change of bedlinen.
  • Final clean-up of apartment, except the cooking corner ( € 26,00 ).
Furthermore one has the possibility to:
  • Have breakfast (€ 6.50 for italian breakfast, € 9.00 for english breakfast) (€ 10.00 in the room);
  • Use the private parking outdoors ( free ) and the guarded garage indoors (free );
  • Have an extra bed ( € 140,00 a week)(€ 20,00 per night);
  • Have a camping bed for children ( € 56,00 a week)(€ 8,00 per night);
  • Take with you your dog or cat (4€ per day for extra cleaning).
The reservation is valid only in consequence of our confirmation and your deposit (30% of the total ammount). In case of cancellation the deposit won't be given back. In case of a delayed arrival without notice, or an early departure, the entire amount of the reservation will be calculated
 
The deposit can be done by:
